§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking actions at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – a request to complete a survey or answer several questions concerning the quality of provided services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. Consent, if given, is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the consent granted.

If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax laws.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies are authorized to process data other than as specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the purpose of providing proper services.
